REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF THE HISTORIC LANDSCAPE PARK
and castle gardens
The Museum-Castle in Łańcut, together with the park establishment, is a cultural monument and a valuable monument of national cultural heritage. Visitors should also take care of it, therefore we ask you to strictly observe the order rules listed below.

§ 1

General provisions
1 The castle and park complex in Lancut is a monument listed as a Monument of History (Order of the President of the Republic of Poland of August 25, 2005 (Journal of Laws 2005 No. 167 item 1402).
2. the Castle Park and Museum facilities are monitored around the clock.
(3) There is a fee to enter the Castle Park, while the Outdoor Park is free.

§ 2

Rules of staying in the Park
1 The park is open to the public daily; the Outdoor Park from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., the Castle Park::

(2) The museum may limit opening hours due to special circumstances, weather or epidemic situations.
3. in a historic park:
a) Pedestrian traffic is mandatory (not applicable to vehicles, agricultural and horticultural machinery and equipment of the park service). Walks in the park are carried out along designated alleys.
b) It is possible to photograph and film free of charge only for personal, non-commercial purposes, without the right to publish them. Photography and filming must not interfere with tourist traffic and disturb other visitors. Taken photographs must not cause damage to the historic environment, must not promote: racism, xenophobia and offend religious feelings, regardless of religion, as well as violate generally accepted good manners. Photography must not violate the personal property of others. Photographs must not be vulgar in nature, as well as must not violate the good name of the Museum-Zamek in Łańcut.
4. on the territory of the historic park is prohibited:
a) Riding bicycles, scooters (including electric ones), roller blades, roller skates and skateboards, etc. Entry of other vehicles requires the permission of the Castle Management; this does not apply to baby carriages and wheelchairs including electric ones.
(b) Use of mechanical flying devices.
(c) Disturbing silence and using radio receivers.
(d) Organize sports activities without prior notice to the Museum Director and obtaining permission with the exception of individual sports and gym class activities in alleys only.
(e) Stepping on lawns or into bodies of water.
(f) Climbing trees and shrubs.
(g) Destruction of small architecture and all forms of living nature, i.e. flower meadows, trees, shrubs, flowers and herbs, park undergrowth, fungi and lichens.
(h) Picking and eating fruit from trees and shrubs.
(i) Littering of the park and destruction of park equipment and facilities.
(j) Bringing animals into the Outer Park (excluding guide dogs). Animals may be brought into the Outdoor Park only on a leash, and their owners are required to clean up any waste after them using special containers for this purpose.
(k) Feeding animals processed product (bread, cookies, lunch leftovers) or food prepared with salt.
(l) Polluting the pond, fishing, scaring birds and game.
(m) Climbing on ice on bodies of water during the winter.
(n) Bringing and abandoning animals.
(o) Bringing in and consuming alcoholic beverages and other intoxicants and being in a state indicative of their use.
(p) Starting and using fire, including barbecues.
r) Making or using for commercial purposes film and photographs depicting the monuments of the palace and park complex in Łańcut. Photographs taken require the consent of the Museum Director, concluded in the form of an agreement, which will specify the terms of payment depending on the purpose of the photographs or recordings and the inconvenience of making the area available, taking into account the protection against damage to monuments and other assets of the museum.
(s) Hold any public assembly, fundraiser, trade, and place advertisements and notices without permission from the Museum Director.
(t) Staying during storms and windstorms.
(u) Staying after its closing hours without permission from the Museum Director.
(w) Staying of children under 7 years of age without an adult.
(y) It is strictly prohibited to bring firearms and dangerous and sharp tools.

§ 3

Final provisions
(1) The museum is protected by an internal security service. Visitors are obliged to carry out the instructions given by the employees of the above-mentioned entities and on-duty professional staff also in matters not covered by these regulations.
(2) Persons who disturb the peace and order and do not comply with the Rules may be required to leave the park.
(3) The behavior of minors is the legal responsibility of their guardians.
(4) The Museum-Castle in Lancut is not responsible for items left in the park.
(5) During the winter season, only pathways marked on placards posted at the gates to the park are cleared of snow.
6. the Museum -Zamek in Łańcut reserves the right to close all or part of the park in special situations.
7. entry into the museum is tantamount to acceptance of these rules and regulations.
