REGULATIONS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN CONNECTION WITH EVENTS
CULTURAL EVENTS ORGANIZED BY THE MUSEUM-ZAMEK IN ŁAŃCUCK

Respecting the rights of individuals to the protection of personal data, and considering that the Museum - Castle in Łańcut [hereinafter referred to as MUSEUM] is an entity that, as part of its
legal obligations is also the organizer of various types of cultural events in connection with which personal data are processed, in the Terms and Conditions of

are presented the rules of processing of personal data concerning persons participating in them.

On the basis of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data
of personal data and on the free flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC [General Data Protection Regulation], - the so-called RODO, the Museum

During cultural events organized or co-organized by the Museum [Organizer], photographs or films will or may be taken, and subsequently made public
and processed photographs or videos in which the image of persons present, as well as their other personal data, may be captured.
In connection with the participation of persons in cultural events organized or co-organized by the Museum, personal image data will be
processed for the purpose of carrying out the statutory duties of the Museum and in accordance with applicable laws for the purpose of documenting, promoting
and dissemination of information about activities undertaken or supported by the Museum and for the Museum's internal archival needs.

When taking part in a cultural event, meeting, exhibition, vernissage, lecture, conference or any other form of event [event] organized or
co-organized by the Museum, the participant thereby voluntarily consents to the processing of his/her image, through reproduction by all techniques,
dissemination and publication in the press, brochures, leaflets, electronic media, internet, social media in connection with the organization,
participation, reporting on the course and documentation of cultural events in case of such needs.

Consent granted under the above rules may be withdrawn in writing, and the processing of data on the basis of consent granted will end from the time of
written withdrawal of consent, without affecting the legality of processing on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the RODO Regulation, taking into account Article 81(2) of the Law of February 4, 1994.
on Copyright and Related Rights, which states that permission is not required to disseminate the image:
- a person who has received an agreed payment for posing, - a person who is widely known, if the image was made in connection with the performance of his or her
his public functions, in particular political, social, professional functions; - a person who is only a detail of a whole such as a gathering, landscape,
public event.

Recipients of the data may be everyone because the disseminated image may be publicly available.

Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing. Despite the completion of the purpose of processing, data may be
further stored if there is an obligation to archive them by law or contractual provisions, but for no longer than the period required by law. If
data are processed on the basis of consent given, their further storage will end from the time of written withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect
on the legality of the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Data will not be used to make automated decisions and will not be used for profiling purposes.

In addition to the right to withdraw consent specified in §4 of these Regulations, persons participating in events have the right to access their data
personal data, the right to rectification of data, the right to erasure or restriction of processing if the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing, the right
to object to processing, the right to data portability, the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
